In the case of the marriage in Belgium of an Italian citizen residing in this Consular Registry, the applicant must transmit via :THE CONSULAR SERVICES PORTAL FAST-IT :
– the Transcription of Act Marriage Request form;
– The marriage certificate on a multilingual form, front and back, to be requested to the Belgian commune
– Copies of the couple’s documents
If the marriage did not take place in Belgium, the person requesting the transcription must consult the website of the Consulate in whose district it took place and prepare the documentation indicated there in order to request the transcription of the act in Italy.
The complete documentation may then be sent either to the Consulate of the place where the record was made, or to this Consular Registry, if the applicant is resident here, for subsequent transmission to Italy.
