On Tuesday, February 17, the Consulate General of Italy in Brussels is organizing a special afternoon opening for passport issuance.
Appointments are available exclusively on the Prenot@mi portal.
Before scheduling an appointment, please ensure your consular file is in order (AIRE registration completed, residential address updated, etc.). To view and update your personal consular file please use the Fast-It portal. Appointments for the special opening made by Italian nationals whose consular file is not in order will be canceled.
Please note that during the special opening, access will not be granted to anyone without an appointment or whose appointment is canceled.
New passports will be ready for pick-up starting Tuesday, February 24.
